Serving on Hillel’s BuffBoard, our 30+ interns bring their creativity and leadership to teams that plan programs, support peers, and strengthen Jewish identity at CU. It’s a meaningful, fulfilling role that builds lifelong skills — and looks great on your resume.

Administrative Interns
Are you energized by organized data, clean spreadsheets, and the satisfaction of checking things off a list? Join our Admin Team and help power CU Boulder Hillel from behind the scenes. As one of our university-facing liaisons, you’ll support staff, student leaders, and the overall organization by keeping information flowing and systems running smoothly.
Birthright Israel Interns
Love connecting people, spreading the word, and making things happen? Join CU Boulder Hillel’s Birthright Team and help bring the trip of a lifetime to over 120 students each year. Whether you’re a social media strategist, data whiz, on-campus promoter, or natural recruiter, there’s a role for you.
Buffs4Israel Interns
Are you passionate about Israel and excited to help your peers connect through food, culture, and conversation? Join Buffs4Israel, a dynamic team working hand-in-hand with our Israel Fellow, Lachan, to bring meaningful programs and dialogue to CU Boulder. From cooking Israeli dishes and hosting guest speakers to exploring complex topics together, you’ll help shape how Israel engagement comes to life on campus.
Engagement (Outreach) Interns
Do you love meeting new people, sparking conversations, and helping others feel connected? Join CU Boulder Hillel’s Engagement Team — the heart of our campus outreach. Whether you’re organizing logistics, building systems, running creative events, or managing our social presence, you’ll help Jewish Buffs find their place and their people. Finance Interns
Interested in getting real-world finance experience while supporting a mission-driven organization? Incoming Student Tour Guides
Love meeting new people and showing off the CU Boulder experience? As an Incoming Student Tour Guide Intern, you’ll be the friendly face that welcomes prospective students and families to our community. You’ll share insider insights about campus life, academics, and Jewish life at CU—helping visitors feel excited and at home from the moment they arrive. No prior experience required — just enthusiasm, authenticity, and a passion for connecting with others. Full training provided!
Fundraising Interns
Help power the future of Jewish life at CU Boulder by joining our Fundraising Team. You’ll work on creative campaigns, connect with supporters, and learn how philanthropy sustains vibrant campus communities. Whether you’re brainstorming new initiatives or representing student voices at the leadership level, your work will directly strengthen Hillel’s mission and impact.
Jewish Life Interns
If you love celebrating Jewish holidays, building community, and helping others connect through tradition, this team is for you. Jewish Life Interns help plan and lead the heart of Jewish life on campus — from Shabbat and the High Holidays to festive events like Drag Bingo for Purim or a Hanukkah Ugly Sweater Party. Whether you enjoy leading rituals, baking challah, or creating vibrant holiday experiences, this is your chance to make Jewish life at CU Boulder meaningful, inclusive, and fun.
Marketing Interns
Love designing, storytelling, or running social media that actually connects? Join CU Boulder Hillel’s Marketing Team — where creativity meets community impact.
